Registration & Payment
You can choose one of the following the ways to register during the designated time:

1. Online:Please log onto:http://ap1.sc-top.org.tw/Web/Tester/Login.do |

2. Fee Payment: Complete the submission of fees before the Payment Deadline . Otherwise your record of registration will be deleted. Once the submission of fees is confirmed, the registration is completed. |

a. Online payment: you can pay through the TOP registration system by credit card before the payment deadline. |
| |
|
b. On-site payment: you can pay the fee in cash by coming to the testing / promotion centers personally before the Payment Deadline. (the testing / promotion centers information) |

c. Postal Transfer: |

|
(1) Download the Fax Form and fill out it. (Download the Fax Form) |
| |
|
(2) Fill out the Postal Transfer Receipt at the Post Office.  EXAMPLE  |

Fee
The test fee is NT$1,000 for each level.
Application Services
Change test level or test location
Once the registration and fee payment is completed, the test takers may apply to change test level or test location.
Application Deadline:During the Registration Period, test takers may reschedule without processing fee charged.
Test Cancellation
After the completion of registration and fee payment, if one cannot take the test due to personal reasons, the test takers may cancel the registration and apply for refund.
The Deadline for Cancellation is 7 days after the Deadline for Registration.
Cancellation Processing Fee: 300 NT Dollars. The Refunded amount is the Test Fee minus Processing Fee.
Application for Test Cancellation:
1. On-line Application: Please link to registration website (http://ap1.sc-top.org.tw/Web/Tester/Login.do) and apply on-line.
2. Download the Fax Form, and fill out it. (Download the Fax Form)
3. FAX: Please fax the Fax Form and the copy of Test Fee receipt to SC-TOP at 02-3343-2413. Those who made the payment by On-site payment, please provide with the receipt from test centers and promotion centers; those who make the payment by remittance, please provide with the postal transfer receipt.
4. The effective application time is based on the time SC-TOP received the fax, thus please give us a call for confirmation.
5. The application is officially completed only if all the above steps are followed through.
Refund: The refunded money will be in the form of a postal money order. All the money will be refunded by registered mail within a month of the test date.
