報名對象：依系所規定須報考本測驗之錄取生
Open to：Students who are required to take this test but unable to take the test in the first session.
報名方式： 下載報名表 
- 郵局劃撥：請到郵局劃撥繳交報名費，並將繳費證明影本貼在報名表之後，繳交到國立台灣師範大學國際事務處（普字大樓1樓西側）翁乃忻小姐收。
※受理時間：9月8～12日9：00～12：00，13：30～17：00。
- 現場繳費：請攜帶填妥的報名表到華測會辦公室（台北市青田街5巷6號5樓）繳交報名費。

How to Register： Download the registration form
- Post Office: Please remit the test fee at post office. Attach a copy of the receipt to your registration form and have the form delivered to Ms Roxane WENG at the Office of International Affairs, NTNU（West Side, 1F, Puzi Hall, Main Campus, NTNU）.
※ Office Hours for Registration：September 8-12, 9：00～12：00, 13：30～17：00.
- On-Site: Please bring your completed registration form and test fee to the office of SC-TOP（5F., No.6, Lane 5, Qingtian St., Da-an District, Taipei City）.
